Ten years after the delivery of the first combine Fendt Katana , Fendt expands its range of forage harvester models with a new generation of high-horsepower machines.

The Fendt Katana 850 is equipped with a Liebherr in-line 6-cylinder engine. With an 18-litre displacement, it has an output of 847 hp/623 kW (ECE R120). The engine meets the European Stage V emissions standard with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), no diesel particulate filter or exhaust gas recirculation.

With a diameter of 720 mm, the Fendt Katana 850 has the largest chopping cylinder on the market. Loading height up to 6.20 metres.

The crop is accurately blown into the trailer and losses during chopping are avoided. The loading height of up to 6.20 m ensures targeted crop transfer, even with large trailers.

As with the Fendt Katana 650, the intelligent Fendt Balanced Grip all-wheel drive system is available as an option for the Katana 850.

The Fendt Katana 850 forage harvester is available for the 2023 season.
