Hydraulic hammer for Industry 4.0.
The first manufacturer to bring the “smart hammer” to market in 1985, Indeco is still among the first to offer a range of hydraulic equipment with 4.0 technology. This is due to the new “Indeconnect” remote monitoring system, based on the Internet of Things principle, which prevents equipment obsolescence and maintains equipment performance over time.
The system consists of a device that mounts on the various equipment, equipped with 4G technology for wireless interconnection to the network and a cloud-based web platform, accessible from mobile (via app) or PC, which allows you to view real-time data from each device: hours worked, working position in space, hydraulic oil temperature, ambient temperature, GPS position, etc.
By using Indeconnect, it is now possible to gain a number of advantages:

- Monitor productivity, making sure every Indeco tool is working as planned.

- Monitoring operations, checking in real time various parameters inside and outside the equipment to ensure that it is being used in optimal conditions and properly.

- Increase safety by remotely verifying the location of equipment through GPS geolocation.

- Plan maintenance by monitoring the real-time health of each Indeco accessory, including automated alerts and messaging that allows you to order spare parts and minimise downtime.

- Optimise leasing by supervising and controlling the management of leased equipment.
