We invite you to discover the most radical redesign of Bobcat compact loaders in 60 years. The new Bobcat S66 and S76 wheeled and T66 and T76 crawler models represent the next step in the evolution of the compact machine industry.
Features and options for increasing productivity
To ensure optimum performance and comfort, the stability of both types of skid-steer loaders has been improved by a longer wheelbase and larger track footprint compared to previous generation machines. Greater stability combined with the increased efficiency of the hydraulic system now offers high pushing and breaking forces and increased lifting capacity, thus increasing productivity even on the most difficult construction sites.
Longer wheelbases and tracks also ensure a smoother ride. The new Bobcat T66 and T77 compact track loaders can be optionally equipped with suspension, making them able to tackle rough terrain more easily, with less bumps in the cab and less spillage of material from the bucket.
Productivity can be further improved with the optional Auto Ride Control feature available on all R-series loaders. This feature further reduces material spillage from the bucket, and increases operator comfort by providing a smoother ride.
Increased comfort and improved visibility
All Bobcat R-Series machines come standard with a fully enclosed deluxe cab with HVAC, 5″ deluxe display and LED lighting system. Optionally, R-Series machines can be equipped with Clear-Side cab for easy side visibility, rear-view camera that can be connected to both the standard 5″ and optional 7″ touch screen, and Premium LED lighting system. The standard suspension seat can optionally be replaced with a heated seat to further enhance operator comfort.
Cab display
The standard display of the R-Series machines is a 5″ display that is operated by a joystick and provides detailed information about the machine. It can also be used to display images from the optional rear-view camera. Optionally, customers can opt for a 7″ touchscreen display with integrated radio, Bluetooth connectivity and hands-free calling. The 7″ screen also comes with a pre-installed rear-view camera.
Advanced controls now standard
The new Bobcat R-Series skid-steer loaders offer a variety of performance, comfort and visibility enhancements to provide customers with increased productivity. As a result, many previous options are now included in the standard equipment of R-Series chargers:
- Selectable Joystick Control (SJC) system
- Deluxe Air Conditioned Cabin
- Two speeds
- Hydraulic pump with extra flow and Accessories Control Kit
- Cup positioning system
- Alarm marshal
For all Bobcat R-Series skid steer loaders, the manufacturer has introduced the Joystick control system as standard. The manual handle and pedal system is still only available as an option at no extra cost for the Bobcat S66 and Bobcat S76.
SJC – Selectable Joystick Control gives operators complete control of the machine and attachments. This system automatically configures the machine according to the attachment used and offers an extended range of settings such as speed control, steering compensation or sensitivity settings.
Increased durability for extended periods of operation
Bobcat R-Series compact loaders are now built to be even more durable than their predecessors. New steel components are now 20% stronger, allowing the use of narrower profiles in key areas, such as the front hinge, thus improving visibility of attachments and the work area. The lifting height has also been increased so it is easier to unload material into high boom trucks.
The cooling system has also been redesigned and now benefits from an optional reversible fan to further increase cooling efficiency in harsh conditions.
