The Nardi Group has officially announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Zilli Agricultural Machineries, strengthening its presence in the global agricultural machinery sector.

Zilli, a historic Italian company with a strong tradition dating back to 1952, now manufactures a complete and professional range of high quality and high technology equipment including mowers, shredders, inter-row cultivators and specialised seeding and fertilising equipment.

With its official entry into the Nardi Group, Zilli brings with it a rich legacy of experience and innovation in the agricultural sector. The machines manufactured at the Zilli factory in San Quirino, in the province of Pordenone, will now be integrated into the Nardi Group’s product offering, becoming immediately available under the official Nardi brand and colours.
