Double-Lock quick coupling

Lehnhoff Double-Lock Quick Couplings are designed to reduce the risk of accidental dropping of cups and fittings. Thanks to the mechanical locking, a fall is excluded in case of errors or problems with the coupling.
A complete redesign of the manufacturer’s quick couplings has resulted in the introduction of a double locking system to prevent the cup falling off in the event of incorrect handling.
Evolution of the Double-Lock system
The new Double Lock standard ensures greater workplace safety on construction sites. It is a system that prevents the cup or any other equipment from detaching purely mechanically. This is due to a safety hook placed between the two standard hooks. In addition, they have been widened to increase the contact area with the cup or accessory pins.
Lehnhoff Double Lock is compatible with the manufacturer’s existing adapters. This maintains the coupling with the already modified accessories and allows them to be used without problems.
The redesign of these couplings also includes a lowered shape that optimises use with tilt castors. It also minimises the already low leverage of Lehnhoff quick couplings, making them even more efficient.
