Fendt 1162 Vario MT
The new generation of the Fendt 1100 Vario MT brings together two universally recognised excellences: the Vario technology on the one hand and the Challenger track system on the other and, in this particular market segment, also sets the standard of excellence and benchmarks in its class.
Main features
1.VarioDrive propulsion system
Transmission ratio regardless of engine speed: two independent, pivoting hydromotors for maximum efficiency in any driving situation. Specially adapted to the requirements of crawler tractors. Optimum engine/transmission tuning in conjunction with the Fendt iD low speed concept.
2. Tracked system
The drive system has a suspension chassis for 100% comfort. The 3,000 mm wheelbase promises an extremely large contact area. This means: more traction, less pressure on the ground and optimal weight distribution over the entire contact area, even with a heavy load.
3. Engine
The 1162 Vario MT model exceeds 600 horsepower maximum, which it unloads onto 27.5-inch Camso rubber tracks. The Finnish-made Agco Power 16.8-litre V12 engine is replaced by the MAN D38 15.2-litre inline six-cylinder engine.
An unbeatable engine: the MAN engine The inline 6-cylinder provides a high cubic capacity of 15.2 litres in the Fendt 1151 Vario MT, 1156 Vario MT and 1162 Vario MT. The top model Fendt 1167 Vario MT, with a 16.2 litre capacity, delivers an unbeatable 673 hp. The Common Rail system with up to 2,500 bar injection pressure and Variable Turbine Geometry (GTV) turbocharger delivers evenly and dynamically distributed power, even at low engine speeds.
